This is to remind you that the credit fees payment period for the second semester of academic year 2017/2018 will be from April 12 to April 25, 2018.
Q1: Who need to pay the credit fees?
A1:
Students meeting the following conditions need to pay the credit fees:
(1)Taking courses of language practicum.
(2)Taking courses of Teacher's Education program.
(3)Taking courses of Biotechnology program.
(4)Undergraduate students extending their study term with nine or fewer credit hours will be charged with credit hour fees; students with ten or more credit hours will be charged with full-amount tuition fees. The billing statements will be generated according to the payment standard for the tuition of their own departments or colleges.
(5)EMBA students who study for the 7th semester.
(6)GMBA students.
(7)EiMBA students.
Q2: How do I print my billing statement?
A2:
Please download and print out your billing statement at https://mis.cc.ntu.edu.tw/reg. If you log in from a public computer, please remember to log off after your printing is completed. You are welcome to use the computers and the printers of the reception desk at the Cashier Division. Please verify your name and student ID of the billing statement after printing.
Q3: How do I make the payment?
A3:
Payment can be made at all post offices and convenience stores (at convenience stores, only for amounts less than NTD 60,000). Payment can also be made via ATM interbank transfer or by credit card via online banking or telephone banking. Please note that only local bank cards can be used.
You can visit the website above and click “Bank Service” to link to the ChinaTrust Commercial Bank website to make the payment through ATM and credit card online.
Payments made via credit cards, post offices and convenience stores are free of charge.
Please keep your payment receipt for verification purposes.
Q4: I have withdrawn from the class. Do I need to pay the credit fee for this class?
A4:
According to the “Regulation for class withdrawal,” paid tuition and credit fees of withdrawn courses are non-refundable. Clearing of payments must be done for those who did not complete their payments.
Therefore, courses you withdraw are still counted in credit fees.
Q5: If I don’t pay my credit fees in time, what impacts will there be?
A5:
If you do not pay the fee before the deadline, you will not be able to register for next semester according to National Taiwan University's Academic Policies. It is required for graduating students to pay off all required fees before leaving NTU.
Q6:When the payment status update?
Payment processing may take 1 to 4 business days.
You may check your payment status at https://mis.cc.ntu.edu.tw/reg. Generally speaking, it takes 1 business day to process your payment if it is made via ATM transfers (note that the transaction time will be regarded as the next day if the payment is made after 3:30 PM), interbank transfers, or post offices; 3 to 4 business days for transactions made via credit cards; 2 to 3 business days for those made via convenience stores. If you’d like to obtain the latest payment status you may also visit the website above and click “Bank Service” to link to the ChinaTrust Commercial Bank website.
